CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, email [email protected] within 2 hours of placing the order. Include your order number and the change you are requesting. We will confirm whether the cancellation or modification was completed.

After the 2-hour window, the order may enter production and we may be unable to make voluntary changes or cancellation.

This window does not limit a statutory right of withdrawal for eligible goods or your rights if goods are defective or do not match the order. See our Returns and Refunds / Right of Withdrawal policy.

Design changes may delay production and delivery, especially during busy holiday periods.
